Florida minimum wage for 2009 No. 1
In Florida, effective January 1, 2009 the minimum wage for regular employees will become $7.21. For "tipped" employees eligible for the tip credit the minimum wage will be $4.19. On July 24, 2009 the Florida minimum wage will increase to $7.25 to match the federal minimum wage.
